The challenge

An ordinary legal task — filing an application, reducing a fine, drawing up a contract — usually means finding a lawyer, travelling to a meeting and filling documents by hand. The platform had to move that path online: the user finds the right form, fills it correctly, connects to a lawyer when needed, and pays for everything online. It also needed a lawyer-facing side — selling their own templates, running a consultation calendar and tracking earnings.

What we built

On a Django 5 backend with a Next.js interface we built a two-sided platform. The documents module supports three template kinds (Word, official forms and AI templates); AI filling detects the fillable fields and completes them in a dialogue with the user, and fine notices can be read from a photo. The consultation flow runs from picking a slot in a lawyer's calendar, through prepayment, chat and a Jitsi video meeting, to a review; privacy is strict — before payment neither side sees the other's personal data. Paid Q&A, document expertise with a 24-hour SLA, disputes and refunds, courses, legal calculators (alimony, state duty, salary, tax) and a court-case monitoring module are all in place. Payments go through Payme, Click and Paylov with saved cards and recurring subscriptions, and a Telegram bot plus a Telegram Mini App were added as a separate entry point. For lawyers we built earnings accounting with a hold period and payout requests. The interface ships in four languages: Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), Russian and English.

Results

Users go from finding a document to paying for it, and lawyers from selling a template to receiving a payout, inside a single platform. The system spans more than 35 modules: documents, consultations, payments, subscriptions, questions, courses, disputes, moderation and audit. Personal data is stored encrypted and every payment and legal action is written to an audit trail; the interface runs in four languages, Cyrillic included.
