Carland

Carland is a multi-branch auto business — cars, parts and oil-change services. Sales, inventory, customers and marketing lived in separate tools. They needed every branch in one system, automated POS and payments, and a loyalty mechanism that brings customers back.

We built one ERP on Odoo 18: a POS wired to the Multicard payment provider, cross-branch inventory and a role-based CRM (LeadKeeper, Hunter, Fermer, OTK pipelines). We added an RFM-based cashback loyalty program, oil-change history and automated win-back offers. The carland.uz storefront (Nuxt 3) integrates with Odoo. A Telegram auction bot and Mini App give prize chances for purchases, with a live leaderboard and prize management. Soliq QR fiscalization and Hikvision face-recognition attendance are integrated too.

All branches, POS, inventory, e-commerce and marketing now run in one Odoo system — sales and customer data are visible in real time, while loyalty and auction mechanics drive repeat purchases.
