Fresh Mart
An Odoo 19 ERP for grocery retail: SHTRIH-M scale and barcode integration, Hikvision face-recognition attendance with KPI, Multicard payments and offline mode.
The challenge
Fresh Mart is a chain of grocery stores. Weighed goods, barcodes, staff attendance and performance were tracked manually across separate tools. They needed a POS that works offline, connects directly to scales and printers, and computes payroll from attendance.
What we built
We built a retail ERP on Odoo 19. The POS scans barcodes offline with an IndexedDB cache; prices auto-sync to SHTRIH-M scales and weight-embedded barcodes are read. We set up label and price-tag printing on Xprinter thermal printers and direct receipt printing via QZ Tray. Hikvision face-recognition terminals (ISAPI) log attendance in real time, feeding KPI scoring and payroll. Multicard QR payments, AOS cashback and OFD fiscal compliance are integrated.
Results
Sales, scales, inventory, attendance and payroll live in one system — the POS keeps working without internet, staff performance is scored via KPI, and payroll is calculated automatically.
