Weighed goods, barcodes, staff attendance and performance were tracked manually across separate tools. They needed a POS that works offline, connects directly to scales and printers, and computes payroll from attendance.","We built a retail ERP on Odoo 19. The POS scans barcodes offline with an IndexedDB cache; prices auto-sync to SHTRIH-M scales and weight-embedded barcodes are read. We set up label and price-tag printing on Xprinter thermal printers and direct receipt printing via QZ Tray. Hikvision face-recognition terminals (ISAPI) log attendance in real time, feeding KPI scoring and payroll.
